Jamun Honey is sourced from the hilly regions of Tulsipur and the ghats of Maharashtra. Bees gather nectar from many flowers, but when Jamun flowers are the main source, it results in this unique monofloral honey.
It can be used in all kinds of foods—from ladoos and cakes to toast and fresh fruits. Since it’s mostly derived from Jamun blossoms, it has a distinctive taste with a slight bitterness, balanced by gentle sweetness and mild tangy notes.
Jamun trees produce small, white, fragrant flowers that grow in clusters and are rich in nectar and pollen. Their long flowering season makes them especially attractive to honeybees, which gives this honey its unique character.
